Habitual use: use instead of regular shampoo on wet hair. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Intensive use: apply the product to wet hair once a week. Gently massage. Leave on for 10 minutes. Comb to comb then rinse thoroughly with water. Does not use it before three years old.
