How to use Arnican Friction Sports Preparation Lotion?
Before exercise: dispense a few drops into your hands and massage into muscles to prepare them. After impact: gently massage the affected area 2–3 times daily. Suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and over.
Tip: apply using circular motions for better absorption. No need to rinse off.
