Do not expose yourself to the sun at the warmest moments of the day, from 11am to 4pm.
Use sun protection devices (sunblock, large hat, sunglasses, t-shirt...).
Do not expose babies or young children directly to the sun.
To have the SPF effect indicate on the tube, you must apply a 2mg/cm2 layer of cream onto the skin, which is about 36 grams or 6 teaspoons of sun cream for an adult body.
