For combined use, add two drops of each of the chosen Flowers (up to seven) in a 30ml mixing bottle, fill it with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day. If necessary, Bach Original Flowers can be poured directly on the tongue or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.
If you are disturbed, a single dose may be sufficient.
