How to use it
Put a bag in a glass and pour fresh water. Infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
Drink 3 to 4 glasses a day. Brew 2 sachets in a 1 liter bottle of water for the entire day. Use spring water to keep all the flavor of the brew intact. Store in a cool and dry place
