How to use it

To begin: 5 ml per day (= 1 teaspoon), then 15 ml per day (= 3 teaspoons) per 20 kg of body weight.

Cette synergie de plantes agit sur la gestion du stress et ses effets notamment sur la peau ( dyshidrose, eczéma) Je suis contente d'avoir trouvé ce produit !

Rated 4 de 5 de FatimaH par Régulateur d’humeur et coupe-faim Je l’utilise maintenant depuis quelques semaines, les premiers jours moins d’angoisses mais en ce qui concerne le sommeil pas d’amélioration, ça aide surtout pour l’humeur, attention ça coupe la fin. Je pense que l’effet s’estompe avec le temps en ce qui concerne les angoisses et le stress. Je me demande si c‘est quelque chose qu’on peut le prendre longtemps (à vie) sans d’effets secondaires ?
