How to use it

2 ready-to-drink sachets of CYST-ALOE per day on an empty stomach, preferably diluted in a glass of Water. For an Intensive action, we recommend taking 3 sachets a day on an empty stomach, preferably straight from the stick-pack without dilution. To promote urinary flow, drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water throughout the day.
