Optimum intracellular distribution: recent scientific studies have shown that intracellular diffusion of Magnesium requires the presence of another mineral: Silicium. MAGNESIUM SiMa therefore provides the necessary dose of Silicium in the form of orthosilicic acid (which has the best bioavailability) to optimise the intracellular distribution of Magnesium.
