Novalac Bio lait 2e âge is a follow-on milk powder. It is used as part of a diversified diet. It is designed for Children from 6 to 12 months. It is specially adapted to the nutritional needs of babies of this age.

At this age, Baby's diet has been diversified, giving him the opportunity to be introduced to new tastes. But milk remains the mainstay of his diet.

Novalac Bio milk 2nd age is an organic solution. This infant milk is made from milk from cows fed a pesticide-free, GMO-free diet. They have been reared in the open air and in accordance with the requirements of organic farming. As such, this milk is part of an approach that respects the Environment, animal welfare and biodiversity.

In particular, this milk is formulated with docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA, an Omegas that contributes to the normal development of eyesight and the brain. It also contains minerals and vitamins, including zinc, iron and vitamins A and C, which contribute to a healthy immune system. Vitamins D and calcium also contribute to normal bone development.

In the event of allergy to cow's milk Proteins (CMPA), prematurity, low birth weight or if the baby is immunocompromised, ask a health professional for advice.

Important notice: breast milk is the ideal food for every baby. However, if you cannot or do not wish to breastfeed, an infant formula may be recommended by your healthcare professional.

This formula is intended for infants aged Plus 6 months and over, as part of a diversified diet. It cannot be used as a substitute for breast milk from 0 to 6 months. Consult a health professional before introducing complementary foods. Do not change infant formula without medical advice.

How to use it

Proper preparation and storage of Children's formulas are essential to preserve their quality and avoid any risk to your child's health.

Best before the expiry date indicated on the can.
Keep the can tightly closed in a dry, clean place, away from light and any contamination.
Remove the metal lid completely on first opening.
Do not prepare the bottle in advance. Give the bottle within one hour of preparation.
Do not add sugar.
Throw away the contents of an unfinished bottle.
To protect your Children's oral health, do not leave the bottle on for longer than the duration of the meal.
Close the can tightly after each use.
Once opened, the powder should be used within 3 weeks for optimum quality.

Adapt the number and volume of each meal to your Children's needs according to the advice of your healthcare Professional.
1 level measuring spoon (4.4 g) for 30 mL of Water. Only use the measuring spoon supplied in the box.

PREPARE THE BOTTLE
Clean the work surface and wash your hands properly before preparing each bottle.

Use a bottle and its accessories that have been carefully washed and drained.
Heat mineral or spring water suitable for infants to 40°C.
Pour the required amount of Water into the bottle.
Then add the number of level, loose scoops of powder corresponding to the volume of water.
Close the bottle with the cap and roll it between your palms to avoid lumps.
Agita the bottle up and down until all the powder has dissolved. Replace the cap with a teat.
Leave the bottle to cool to 37°C. Check the temperature by pouring a few drops onto the inside of your forearm. Give the bottle to your Children straight away.

Water can be used at room temperature to reconstitute the bottle. Make sure the milk is well blended before giving it to your Children.
