Oniris Anti-snoring orthosis

1 . Fix the bars to the top gutter.
2. Place the Oniris brace in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
3. Make sure that the water covers the splints for 2 minutes, then remove the brace from the water using a suitable utensil and wait about 15 seconds.
4. Stand in front of a mirror and place the trays in your mouth. Make sure they are aligned with your teeth.
5. Clench your teeth firmly on the trays without moving your jaw forward. Wait 2 minutes without moving, keeping your jaws clenched.
Store the device in its box at a temperature below 45°C.

After each use, clean the device with a toothbrush and Toothpaste. Then rinse with cold water.

The Oniris orthosis has a lifespan of around two years, one of the longest of any self-adapting orthosis on the market.
This lifespan may vary depending on a number of factors: the acidity of your saliva, the quality of care, the frequency of wear, etc.
