Chew each nutrient successively 2 times a day outside mealtimes. One box for one month.
This Nutri must always be preceded by Nutri Yin-Nutri Yang in Associative Nutripuncture.
2 ways of taking the Nutri :
-Associative Nutripuncture": To Nutri Yin nutri Yang we add the nutrients needed to restore the disturbed meridians.
-Sequential Nutripuncture": 5 nutrients in a precise order, sometimes followed by 5 other nutrients, without ever using the Yin nutri Yang (only a trained practitioner can give this).
