From age 4 to 10, 1 bowl a day; from age 11, 1 to 2 bowl(s) a day; best consumed with meals, as advised by your doctor. For best results, consume warm. Reheat for 1 min 30 seconds in a 450W microwave, making sure to pierce the lid beforehand, or for 15 minutes in a bain-marie. Stir well after heating to blend. Do not reheat in a conventional oven.
