Airway infections: Swallow 2 drops on a neutral tablet, a teaspoon with olive oil or 1/4 sugar or honey, 2 to 3 times a day during 7 to 10 days, make sure to properly dilute the 2 drops in the chosen support as this essential oil is particularly strong!
Apply 1 drop of oregano diluted in 8 drops of vegetable oil (St-John's Wort if possible) and massage the chest up to the top of your back for 7 to 10 days.
Deep fatigue, physical, mental and nervous: Swallow or apply - 2 drops on 1 teaspoon of olive oil, honey or 1/4 sugar, OR apply 1 drop (diluted in 3 drops of vegetable oil) on the solar plexus and 1 drop (even diluted) on the top of your back, 3 times a day for 3 weeks maximum. This essential oil is very powerful. Respect the recommended dosage. Especially, do not use it for a long time (never more than 3 consecutive weeks and do not take in excess.
Never apply in its pure state, particularly not is your skin is sensitive
It must also not be used for daily wounds and scratches, only in very worrying problems or "persistent" ones.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 7 years old. Seek medical advice if you want to use it in a young child.
