How to use it
Two tablespoons of Chi Seeds provide :
1 g of fibre (between 17 and 30% of the recommended daily use)
5 g of Proteins (between 16 and 25% of the recommended daily intake)
9 g of polyunsaturated fats (between 30 and 34 % of the recommended daily intake)
Ideally, you should consume this dose every morning to get the day off to a good start.
