VALEBIO Super Fruit Dried Cranberry For snacking Organic Farming 170g
The Cranberry is native to North America. It has always been eaten by the Amerindians, who picked the berries from August to November and preserved them in peat moss. The fruit was one of the essential ingredients in pemmican, a traditional Amerindian dish made with dried meat, fat and dried fruit. The Cranberry grew wild in those days. However, some Amerindians traded them. They picked the wild fruit to sell on the market. It was in 1816 that the first commercial farm appeared in Massachussets. The Cranberry is now grown in the northern United States and Canada.
