How to use it
How to take Granions tablets?
Take 1 to 2 tablets each morning with breakfast and a large glass of water. Begin with 2 tablets daily for the first month (intensive phase), then reduce to 1 tablet for maintenance. For best results, follow a 3-month course.
Tip: Take with a meal to support the absorption of vitamins and minerals.
