How to use it
From age 10: take 1 chewable tablet a day. From age 4 to 10: 1/4 chewable tablets a day.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: 500 mg vitamin C per tablet. Bulking agents: sucrose and sorbitol; vitamin C; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; raspberry flavouring (0.75%); lemon; blackcurrant; acerola (not from France); rosehip.

500 mg vitamin C, i.e. 625% of RA*.
