Spray 2 to 4 times onto tense or sore areas. For best results, gently massage after application. Repeat as needed, without exceeding 6 uses per day. Always wash your hands thoroughly after each use.

If product comes into contact with eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient without performing a patch test first. For external use only.
