How to use Sante Verte ActiRub?
Begin with an intensive 3-day phase: take 1 sachet in the morning, at midday and in the evening. Then reduce to 1 sachet in the morning and evening. Pour the contents into a glass of water, stir and drink immediately.
For optimal comfort, follow this routine at the first signs. The convenient sachet format makes it easy to take, even when you're on the move.
