How to use it
How to use Biotics Research ADP tablets?
Begin with 1 tablet after each meal and 1 before bedtime (4 times daily). After one week, you may increase to 2 tablets per dose if needed. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption.
For easier tracking, record your intake in a notebook or use a pill organiser.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose, microcrystalline, binder: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, oregano oil, emulsifier: hydrated gum arabic, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, binder: stearic acid, stabiliser: potassium sorbate.
Does not contain: Gluten, yeast, lactose, soya, sugar, preservatives, synthetic colourings and flavourings.
Nutritional analysis for 4 tablets
Delayed-release Turkish oregano extract - 200 mg
(standardised / emulsion, minimum 70% carvacrol)
Not for use during pregnancy or milk feeding. Due to the menstruation-promoting effect of oregano oil, use is not recommended during pregnancy. Do not use while breast-feeding.
In cases of abnormal gastric acidity, taking A.D.P. may be followed by stomach pains. The problem of irritation of the mucous membranes can be compensated for by simultaneous supplementation with Gastrazyme.
Keep out of reach of Children, away from heat and moisture.
Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
