Pranarom Peppermint Essential Oil is obtained by distilling the aerial parts of a hybrid plant derived from Aquatic Mint and Spearmint. Main properties :

How to use it

Recommended dosage :
Internal use: 2 drops CTEO, 3 to 4 times a day, in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue, for digestive and urinary disorders.
External use: 3 to 4 drops CTEO applied very locally, 3 times a day, for pains of all kinds. Dilute for larger areas or repeated applications.

Pranarôm Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carteri) – a pure, aromatic blend of limonene and α-pinene, steam-distilled from oleoresin, in a 5 ml bottle.
Pranarôm Peppermint Essential Oil (*Mentha x piperita*) – 100% pure, with key aromatic compounds menthol and menthone, steam-distilled from the aerial parts.
Naturally repels mosquitoes and insects with a blend of organic citronella, lavandin and eucalyptus essential oils.
