Recommended intake for a typical adult (8400 kJ: 2000 kcal)
Precautions for use: Respect the daily dose indicated. Can not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place. Close well after opening. Avoid simultaneous consumption of food supplements containing Selenium.
* Does not replace sunscreen. Avoid exposure between 12 and 4pm. Sunburns are dangerous, especially in children. Use appropriate sunscreen products.
How to use it
Take 1 capsule per day for at least 1 month. Start 15 days before sun exposure.

Très bon produitMon gel douche depuis des années! La gamme Uriage est topissime j'utilise pour toute la famille. Gamme bébé, hydratation, cheveux, protection solaire etc.
Je recommande pour les peaux à problèmes et pour les personnes n'ayant pas d adoucisseur à la maison.
