How to use Quies Anti-Snoring Pine-Eucalyptus Nasal Spray?
Before bed, gently blow your nose and shake the bottle. Spray twice into each nostril while holding your head upright. Reapply during the night if needed. For best hygiene, rinse the nozzle with water after each use.
Tip: Store the spray at room temperature and avoid contact with eyes.
