How to use it
Children over 3 years of age should take 1 half spoonful*, twice a day, morning and evening 30 minutes before meals. Children over 10 years of age should take 1 spoonful*, twice a day, morning and evening 30 minutes before meals. Adults should take 4 to 6 spoonfuls per day.
*10ml dessert spoon.
