How to use Arkopharma Arkocapsules?
For adults and adolescents aged 12 and over. Swallow 3 capsules daily, ideally with a meal, and drink a full glass of water to aid absorption. This supplement fits easily into your daily routine.
For best results, take the capsules regularly and spread them throughout the day (e.g. at breakfast, lunch and dinner).
