How to use Arkopharma Arkocapsules Psyllium Blond?
For adolescents and adults (aged 15 and over). Swallow 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with meals. Always take with a large glass of water to support digestion.
For best results, maintain adequate hydration throughout the day. Not recommended for those with allergies to plants in the Plantaginaceae family.
