How to use Arkopharma Arkoessential Organic Clary Sage Essential Oil?
This essential oil is for adults only and should be taken orally in dilution. Place 2 drops on a neutral carrier such as honey, sugar or compote, and repeat up to three times a day.
Tip: For occasional use, keep courses short (no longer than one week). If you plan to use this oil for an extended period, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
