How to use it
How should I use Arkopharma Arkoroyal Propolis?
From the age of 12, take 1 ampoule in the morning with breakfast. Dilute it in a glass of water or juice. Shake before use. Avoid breaking the ampoule above the glass. Repeat at each change of season.
