How to use Arkopharma Azinc 9 Vitamins for Kids gummies?
For children aged 3 to 10 years, take 1 gummy per day. For ages 11 to 14, take 1 to 2 gummies daily. From 15 years old, 2 gummies per day are sufficient. These easy-to-chew supplements can be taken at any time, ideally with a meal for better absorption.
