How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Herpotherm Neo heating stick for cold sores and fever blisters?
For adults and children over 12 years old. Apply locally to the cold sore at the first sign of tingling. Hold the heating stick against the affected area for 10 seconds, up to 3 times daily. Do not share the stick to prevent contamination.
After each use, clean the tip with a cotton pad soaked in 70% alcohol. For best results, use as soon as symptoms appear.

Herpotherm® neo is indicated for self-medication in adults and Children aged 12 and over. In children under the age of 12, the device should only be used with the assistance of an adult. People with limited perception of the device's visual or audible signals should be assisted by an adult when using the device. Children under the age of 7 are often unable to understand the link between a short heat treatment and its benefits. Please check carefully whether symptomatic treatment with herpotherm® neo is suitable for your Children. Please also bear in mind that children's skin is still developing and may therefore be more sensitive to thermal stimuli. Do not use the device on Children under 3 years of age.
