Time lag: 1 tablet to swallow with a large glass of water (250 ml) just before bedtime, the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination. Upon arrival, it is recommended to follow the local rhythm of the country (meal times and sleep).
For your information, a minimum consumption of 0.5 mg per day is necessary to obtain this beneficial effect.
Sleep: 1 tablet to swallow with a full glass of water (205 ml) before bedtime.
