Arnica, the mountain flower. Known for centuries, the little yellow mountain flower is mainly native to Europe, Russia and North America. Known as Arnica Montana, it is carefully monitored. How to use it
For adults and Children aged 1 and over Apply the gel as soon as possible to the area concerned, using gentle massaging movements. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day. Wash your hands after use.
