How to use it
SIMPLE USE: Press the tube to release the gel. Apply the Gel 2 or 3 times a day in circular movements to the muscles and joints. For a massage using the ball alone, do not press the tube. Follow up with a manual massage if necessary. For adults only. 1 roll-on = 50 ml.INIC
