Can I open Artixine capsules and take the contents directly?
It’s generally not recommended to open the capsules, as the turmeric in the formula may cause mild digestive discomfort in some people. However, if you struggle to swallow capsules, you can mix the contents into yoghurt, fruit purée, or soft cheese to make it easier to take.
Keep in mind that the powder doesn’t dissolve well in water, so it’s best not to mix it with liquids, as this could make it unpleasant to consume. The product remains just as effective when taken this way.
What’s the difference between Artixine and Collax-Sil? Can they be used together?
Both supplements support joint comfort, but they have different focuses.
Artixine is designed to promote flexibility and mobility, using ingredients such as devil’s claw and cat’s claw, known for their traditional use in joint care.
Collax-Sil, on the other hand, is formulated to support tendons and ligaments, with active ingredients like bamboo extract, harpagophytum, and manganese.
Because they contain overlapping actives, they’re not intended to be taken at the same time. A more effective approach is to alternate the two, for example with a 3-month course of Artixine, followed by a 1-month break, and then, if needed, a course of Collax-Sil.
Can Artixine be taken all year round?
Yes, but to get the most out of the active ingredients and avoid unnecessary overload, it’s best to take a one-month break after every three-month course. If you're considering long-term use, especially for chronic joint discomfort, speak to a healthcare professional to tailor a routine to your needs.
