How to use it
Dilute two drops of the Bach Original Flower chosen in a glass of water and drink it regularly. Repeat if necessary. For multiple use, add two drops of each chosen * Flowers (max. Seven) in a flask to mix 30ml, fill it with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day. If necessary, the Bach Original Flower Remedies can be paid directly on the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists. If you are disturbed, it is possible that a single dose is sufficient. If your condition is persistent, you can use the flowers as long as you need.
