How to use it
10-day programme One ampulas a day in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake before opening. Drink slowly and mix with saliva before swallowing.
1 10 ml Ampula contains: 3000 mg French lemon balm extract (600 mg**), 2000 mg raw honey, 1250 mg French yellow poppy extract (250 mg**), 150 mg saffron extract (30 mg**), 10 mg French royal jelly, 10 mg bee venom elixir. ** dry plant equivalent
