How to use Bayer Berocca Immune Defence?
Take 1 green capsule and 1 white capsule daily with a large glass of water. The green capsule provides echinacea, vitamins and minerals, while the white capsule contains a probiotic strain.
Follow a 4-week course for optimal results. Repeat if needed, alongside a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

White capsule: maize starch - Bifidobacterium lactis BI04 - coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose - anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids - coating agent: carnauba wax
