How to use Belloc for heartburn relief?
To help relieve symptoms, adopt simple daily habits: eat slowly and chew thoroughly, opt for smaller, more frequent meals, and avoid excess alcohol or tobacco. After eating, remain in a semi-upright position. Allow at least 3 hours between your evening meal and bedtime, and choose lighter cooking methods.
