How to use Hifas da Terra Bio-defence?
For optimal effectiveness, take 2 capsules each morning on an empty stomach. Pair with 1–2 Askorbate K-HdT (vitamin C) tablets to enhance absorption of the active ingredients. This supplement fits seamlessly into your breakfast routine.
For regular use, store the container in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and heat.
