How to use it
You can complement the use of Beaux Rêves Bioes gum complex with a relaxing pre-bedtime routine which can include a soothing herbal tea.
Chamomile or linden-based herbal tea is an excellent option, known for its relaxing and soothing properties.
These plants can help relax Children's bodies and minds, preparing them for a restful sleep.
Don't forget to keep the atmosphere calm and the lighting subdued to enhance the soothing effect before sleep. Take 1 stick of gum 4 times a day, or every 15 minutes if necessary.
