Collect the urine every morning in a container.
Remove the strip from the box.
Do not touch the Colouring fields.
Immerse the strip in the urine for 1 second (all the Colouring fields must be immersed).
Remove the strip from the container and drain to remove excess urine.
Compare the colour of the Colouring fields on the strip with the colour scale.
Reading the results: use the values on the colour scale that are closest to the colouring on the strip (accuracy of result: ±0.2 pH). Dispose of used strips in the bin.
To evaluate the results, consult a competent person.
