Remove the protective cap
Place your thumb at the base of the phial, forefinger and middle finger on the sprayer's wings and press down. Release. Repeat the process until you get the first spray.
Tilt your head slightly forward and, after having exhaled slowly, apply the product into the affected nostril.
Inhale by placing a finger with the other hand on the opposite nostril, which does not receive the spray.
Spray several times if necessary.
Repeat the application if necessary.
