How to use it
Lotion to be rubbed all over the Body. Concentrate on the main congestion points (nape of the neck, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, lower back) using a back-and-forth or circular movement with the hand. The pressure of the hand should mobilise the Skin and the surrounding sub-layer.
After a few seconds, repeat the same movement on a new area, always starting from the extremities towards the heart, for example: wrists, elbows, shoulders.
