Ingredients : Plant extract [obtained from 380 mg of lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) and 190 mg of hawthorn flowering tops (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. (Lindm.), C. laevigata (Poir.) DC)] - Extract of plant concentrate titrated with melatonin, obtained from 157 mg of plant extract concentrate [alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa L. ), rice seed (Oryza sativa L.) and chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris Beijerinck)]. - Concentrated lemon juice (Citrus limon (L.) Burm. f.) - Linden flower extract (Tilia Tomentosa Moench.).

From 15 years of age. 1 phial per day, to be taken at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is possible to repeat the dose several times a year. How to use it
Shake the ampula before opening. Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear but this does not affect the quality of the product. Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the first end off the glass to avoid any falling debris. Turn the bulb over and place the first end on top of the glass. Break the second end off the glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
