How to use Gum Bi-Direction Proxabrush interdental brushes?

Slide the push button forwards or backwards to position the brush head.

180° angle: for the front teeth.
90° angle: for the back teeth.

Select the brush size based on your interdental space (wider or narrower). The shape may vary depending on the location of the gaps (preferably cylindrical for incisors, conical for molars).
Do not force a brush through if the space is too tight. Instead, use a smaller brush size or dental floss.
Gently insert the brush into the interdental space and move it back and forth.
Use the interdental brush after brushing your teeth.
Rinse the brush under water after use.
Replace the brush as soon as it shows signs of wear (between 10 to 20 days after first use).
Slight bleeding may occur during the first few uses but should stop thereafter.
