How to use Elmex children’s toothpaste?
For children aged 3–6, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste twice daily under supervision. Brush using back-and-forth motions on the top surfaces, circular motions on the outer surfaces, and zigzag motions on the inner surfaces.
