How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Chinese cinnamon essential oil?
Dilute 2 drops in 10 ml of honey or vegetable oil, three times daily. Ideal for oral or topical use (always diluted).
For atmospheric diffusion, use only a few drops in a suitable diffuser. Precautions: Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 6 years old.

Always dilute: 1–20% maximum in a vegetable oil such as Hazelnut or Apricot Kernel oil... Keep out of reach of young children. Unless authorised, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or on children under 3 years old. Store away from heat and light.
