La Roche-Posay Lipikar cleansing oil for skin prone to atopic eczema, eco refill is designed for dry to very dry skin prone to atopic eczema. Its formula supports daily cleansing of the face, body, scalp and intimate areas.
Works on three key factors
This gentle cleansing base works on three key factors affecting skin prone to atopic eczema. Thanks to Aqua Posae Filiformis, it helps rebalance and stabilise the skin microbiome, helping to space out periods of severe dryness. Shea butter helps restore and protect the skin barrier. The formula also helps protect skin from the drying effects of limescale. Enriched with soothing Niacinamide, Lipikar AP+ cleansing oil respects fragile skin during cleansing.
A formula suitable for sensitive skin
Lipikar AP+ cleansing oil contains a minimum number of ingredients, selected for their effectiveness and tolerance, while helping to minimise the risk of allergies. It contains fragrance and has been tested under paediatric and ophthalmological supervision. Its versatility makes it suitable for use on different areas of the body, including the face, scalp and intimate areas. It does not sting the eyes, making it easy for the whole family to use every day.

How to use it
How to use La Roche-Posay Lipikar?
Use daily in the shower on wet skin. Dispense a few drops into your hand, lather, then apply over the entire body. Rinse gently and pat dry without rubbing.
For a bath, add around 5 pumps to the water while the bath is filling, then rinse gently. This cleansing oil is suitable for dry skin or skin prone to atopic eczema, from birth. It is suitable for the whole family and contains fragrance.
