Cold cream or Classic moisturiser?
The first thing to determine is whether your Skin is dry or dehydrated:
- Is your Skin rough or even flaky? Your Skin is dry and lacks lipids. It needs to be nourished with oils or butters. Cold Cream is just the thing, as it also provides a real protective barrier against external aggressors such as the cold. Scandinavian women love it!
- On the other hand, is your Skin showing signs of wrinkles, or do you wake up with pillow marks? Your Skin is thirsty! Dehydrated Skin lacks water. You need to apply a moisturising cream such as a Classic day cream, which will plump up the skin by preventing water from evaporating from the epidermis. And don't forget to hydrate your body from the inside out!
