How to use Lereca Collagen 7+?
Dissolve one measuring scoop (10 g) in a large glass of water each morning. Take this mixture on an empty stomach, before breakfast, for better absorption. A regular course supports optimal results.
Tip: Mix with a cold or lukewarm drink for easier dissolution.

Ingredients: Marine collagen hydrolysate: 10g (fish and sulphite); natural flavour (including sweetener: stevia); sodium hyaluronate: 110mg (including 104.5mg Hyaluronic Acid); zinc gluconate: 87.7mg (including 10mg of zinc, i.e. 100% of the NRV*); ascorbic acid 80mg (including 80mg of vitamin C**, i.e. 100% of the NRV*); selenium yeast: 25mg (including 50μg of selenium, i.e. 90.91% of the NRV*) (sulphites); D-alpha tocopheryl succinate: 15.42mg (including 12mg of vitamin E, i.e. 100% of the NRV*); retinyl acetate: 4.65mg (including 800μg of vitamin A, i.e. 100% of the NRV*).
